- Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Experience in a BPO set-up is an advantage.
Job Role
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Managing bookkeeping tasks.
- Typing and word processing documents.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
